Shipping & Delivery
Salelogy ships personalized gifts to the US, the UK and most other countries from our production partners. Every item is made to order.
Estimated delivery: Orders to the United States and United Kingdom usually arrive within 3–6 business days after payment is confirmed (production + shipping). Other countries usually take 4–12 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT are processed on the next business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from production estimates.
Delivery by destination
- United States and United Kingdom: shipping 2–4 business days after dispatch
- All other countries: shipping 3–10 business days after dispatch (customs may add time)
- Not available: we currently do not ship to Brazil, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, Syria, Thailand, Ukraine, Vietnam.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons and customs may cause delays.
Shipping Costs
- United States and United Kingdom: free standard shipping on every order. Priority shipping is available for $5.99.
- All other countries: $7.99 per order. Free shipping on orders of $139 or more (before discounts).
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes for international orders are paid by the recipient.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Track anytime on our Track Order page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ days (international). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
