Returns Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase and shopping experience is our top priority. We strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date product information to help you make informed decisions.

If you’re unsatisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return

Before making a purchase, please take a moment to review our return policy below:

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused: The item should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Original condition: It should have all original tags and be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase: You’ll need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The goods are damaged
  • There are visible defects in the print
  • The item is the wrong size
  • The item is the wrong color
  • The item is the wrong design
  • The item is the wrong style (e.g. long sleeve instead of tee)

Return Procedure and Exchange:

  1. To initiate a return, please submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be accepted.
  2. The request can be made via our ticketing system at Contact Us or by emailing support@salelogy.com.
  3. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  4. Ship the return to our warehouse at 1985 Del Amo Blvd Suite H7528, Torrance, California 90501, United States with the order ID.

  5. Returns can be exchanged for the original item or refunded for the original purchase price. Requests are typically addressed within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

  1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method as follows:
    • PayPal: Refund will be available immediately for PayPal credit.
    • Credit card: Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

NOTICES

While we ensure delivery to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery confirmation. If a replacement is needed due to such circumstances, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Please note that in certain countries like the Philippines, Malaysia, and South Africa, packages may be delivered to your local post office (e.g., PHLPost, SAPost) instead of your home address due to local practices. In such cases, you will need to collect your package from the post office.

We do not issue refunds for rejected deliveries or unpaid customs fees.
