By completing your purchase, you understand that items are made to order and production begins after order confirmation.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Contact [email protected] with your order number.
Modifications
Changes to personalization, size, color, or shipping address are possible only before production begins. After production starts, changes and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refunds for Cancellations
Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
