  • Returns & exchanges: Because products are custom printed upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer preference or incorrect size selection.
  • Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or flawed, contact customer support within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue to receive a free replacement or refund.

We make every effort to guarantee that each order is produced precisely and to a high standard. However, because our products are produced to order, errors could occasionally happen. We accept returns and exchanges in the circumstances listed below.

After receiving your order, you have 30 days to get in touch with us if there are any problems. Returns are only accepted if:
