We make every effort to guarantee that each order is produced precisely and to a high standard. However, because our products are produced to order, errors could occasionally happen. We accept returns and exchanges in the circumstances listed below.
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to get in touch with us if there are any problems. Returns are only accepted if:
- The goods are damaged
- There are visible defects in the print
- The item is the wrong size
- The item is the wrong color
- The item is the wrong design
- The item is the wrong style (e.g. long sleeve instead of tee)
Return Procedure:

Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

The request can be made via our ticketing system at Contact Us or by emailing support@salelogy.com.

Returns can be exchanged for the original item or refunded for the original purchase price. Requests are typically addressed within 24 hours.

Ship the return to our warehouse at 1985 Del Amo Blvd Suite H7528, Torrance, California 90501, United States with the order ID and at your expense.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method as follows:
- PayPal: Refund will be available immediately
- Credit card: Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
